How do in place a dropshipping order?
To place a drop shipping order, enter your client’s shipping information at checkout.
Purchase as your business name and Add a note on the order form that says "Private" to let us know it’s a drop shipping order. This ensures we ship directly to your client without including any tags or additional information in the package
How do i buy in bulk?
Please Complete the form and specify the quantity you'd like to order in bulk
we will quote you on a price and share an invoice to confirm.
How do your exchange and return work if you dropship my order?
If you do dropshipping, you have seven days to let us know if there's an issue with your clients order. Then the exchange is done on our side, it's shipped directly to our warehouse in Cape Town, and then it's once again shipped out back to your customer.
We only offer exchanges so please ensure that you copy our policy.
Can i place an order for a customer and minglai doesn't include their tags?
Yes, so you're more than welcome to place an order with Minglai, you can just say that it is private, so that we don't include tags.
